Wanderpress is made by Elysium Ventures LLC. Using the app means you accept what is on this page. It is short on purpose.
You need to be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live. Keep your sign in details to yourself. Do not use Wanderpress to break the law, and do not try to reach another person's Field Book or our servers.
The photographs you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to compose them into your presses, and nothing beyond that. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train anything. The stamp made for a press, and the press itself, are yours to keep, print and share.
Upload photographs you took or have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not upload other people in a way they would object to. We can remove a press that breaks this, and we will tell you why.
A press is given its number once it exists, and the number is never given again. Deleting a press leaves that number retired and leaves a gap in your Field Book. That is how the collection is meant to work and it cannot be undone, so delete deliberately.
The app is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults. We can change or stop features, and we will not do it quietly if it costs you anything you have made. To the extent the law allows, Elysium Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using Wanderpress.
You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your data. We can close an account being used to attack the service or to harm someone else.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the others still stand. Questions: hello@wanderpress.app.
